Five pupils attended the NorthWest SciFest competition in Derry on 8 April 2019.
The projects entered were:
· ‘Echolocation’; Fiyn Owolabi (Y12)
· ‘Gecko Grip’: Cheyanne Corbett (Y12)
· ‘Tree Trigonometry’: Tereska Sobocinska, Anna Toner, Méabh Bryson
Tereska, Anna and Méabh’s project won the Maths and Science award and the Allstate N.I. Award to attend the Big Bang Final 2020 in Birmingham.
