A group of 24 Year 10 and Year 11 pupils, accompanied by Mrs Mullan, Mr Collins and Mrs Quigg, spent four days in Paris at the end of June.
On arrival in Paris, the group members were taken to the city centre, and had two hours to explore, and have lunch. They were then taken on a bus tour of the city, where they saw all the landmarks that Paris has to offer: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the River Seine and many more. They then visited the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower, which provided a full 360 degree view of the city, followed by dinner in a Creperie.
Day two of the trip began with a trip to the Palace of Versailles. They were able to view the rooms inside the Palace or visit the Palace gardens. The next stop was Montmartre, where the group stopped for lunch, before climbing the steps to the Sacre Coeur. The group then travelled back into the city centre, for a boat tour along the River Seine. After dinner, the group climbed to the top of the Arc de Triomphe, for another stunning view of the city, before heading back to the hotel.
The group spent all of day three at Disneyland. Everyone had a wonderful time!
The final day began with a tour of the Stade de France. This was followed by a short time spent at shopping centre, before starting the journey home.
Mrs Mullan, Mr Collins and Mrs Quigg commented that all the pupils were fantastic throughout the whole trip and represented the College brilliantly at all times.
