18/09/2018 MASS CELEBRATED TO MARK NEW SCHOOL YEAR AT LORETO COLLEGE

The Opening Mass for the academic year 2018-2019 was celebrated at Loreto College Coleraine on Tuesday 18th September 2018. The theme of the Mass was ‘Step By Step’, and it offered a reflection on the many opportunities which are available to every member of the school community in the year ahead, and how these might best be developed, taking one step at a time towards success and fulfilling potential.  The Mass for the Senior school was celebrated by Father Diarmuid Sheehan, while Father Raymond McCullough celebrated the Mass for the Junior school.

Organised by school Liturgist Mr Kevin Conroy and by the members of the RE department, with support from the traditional group and folk group, and involving every member of the school community and the Loreto Community, the Mass provided an inspirational reflection for the year ahead.
